サイト利用ポリシー

SEIBU Smile ID Webサイト（以下「当サイト」といいます。）は、株式会社西武ホールディングス（以下「当社」といいます。）が運営するサイトです。当社は、当サイトの利用についてのルール（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

  1. ご利用範囲

    当サイトに掲載される情報は、当社および当社の関係会社（会社計算規則第2条第3項第25号に定める会社をいう。以下「西武グループ」といいます。）および第三者が有する著作権により保護されています。当社の書面による事前の許諾を受けた場合を除き、私的使用その他法的に認められる範囲を超えてこれらの情報を使用・利用することはできません。

  2. リンクについて
    1. ①当サイトへのリンクについては、営利を目的としない場合に限り、自由にすることができます。なお、次のようなサイトからのリンクは固くお断りいたします。
      1. 公序良俗に反するサイト。
      2. 特定の個人や団体について誹謗中傷や名誉を毀損しているか、その可能性のあるサイト。
      3. リンクにより当サイトへアクセスするに際し、利用者に課金するサイト。
      4. 西武グループの信用を損なう可能性のあるサイト。

    7. 本ポリシーに関し、虚偽の申告、届出を行う行為
    8. 有害なプログラムを使用もしくは提供する行為、またはその恐れのある行為
    9. 営業活動もしくは営利を目的とする行為、またはその準備を目的とする行為
    10. その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
  4. 当サイトの運営および中止・変更等

    当サイトの運営については、当社が定めた所定の時間に行うものとします。
    当社は、事前の予告なく、次の理由により当サイトの運営を一時停止または中止をする場合があります。

    1. 当サイト運営に必要な機器、システムの保守点検および設備更新
    2. 天災、災害、事故等による機器、システムの故障や障害
    3. その他当社が当サイト運営の中止が必要であると判断した場合

    当サイトの一時停止または中止に起因して生じた、いかなる損害についても、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
    当社は、当サイト上に公開するなど所定の方法で通知することにより、当サイトを変更することができます。その結果、生じた損害に対しても、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

Site Usage Policy

The SEIBU Smile ID website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is operated by SEIBU HOLDINGS INC.(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Company hereby sets forth the rules regarding the use of the Site (hereinafter referred to as this “Policy”).

  1. Scope of Use

    The information posted on the Site is protected by copyrights owned by the Company, the Company’s affiliated companies (meaning the companies stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 3, Item 25 of the Ordinance on Company Accounting; hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Seibu Group”) and third parties. Except where prior written permission has been obtained from the Company, you may not use such information beyond the scope of personal use or other legally permitted use.

  2. Links
    1. 2-1.Links to the Site
    2. You are free to create links to the Site, provided that such links are not for profit-making purposes. However, links from the following types of websites are strictly prohibited:
      1. Websites that are offensive to public order and morals
      2. Websites that defame or slander, or may defame or slander, specific individuals or organizations
      3. Websites that charge users a fee for accessing the Site via such links
      4. Websites that may damage the credibility of the Seibu Group
      5. Any other websites that the Company deems inappropriate

    3. Even if the Company has once approved a link, the Company may revoke such approval if, in light of circumstances discovered after granting such approval, the Company determines that the approval of the link is no longer appropriate.
      When creating a link to the Site, you must use a text link (do not use the logo of the Site in a link banner without obtaining the Company’s prior written permission). In addition, please configure your settings so that the Site is displayed in a separate window and is not shown within a frame of the linking website.
      Please note that links to individual pages of the Site may become invalid without notice due to changes in the site structure or server configuration.

    4. 2-2.Links from the Site to Third-Party Websites
    5. The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties other than the Company. Please understand that such links are provided solely for your convenience, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the content of any linked sites. When using any such linked sites, please do so in compliance with the terms of use and other rules applicable to those sites.
  3. Prohibited Acts

    In addition to the matters set forth in the preceding articles, the following acts are prohibited when using the Site:

    1. Acts that constitute, or may lead to, criminal conduct
    2. Acts that are, or may be, contrary to public order and morals
    3. Acts that infringe, or may infringe, the property, privacy, etc. of third parties or the Seibu Group
    4. Acts that cause, or may cause, disadvantage or damage to third parties or the Seibu Group
    5. Acts that damage the reputation or credibility of third parties or the Seibu Group
    6. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or any similar acts with respect to the systems or services provided by the Site or the Company
    7. Acts of making false declarations or notifications in relation to this Policy
    8. Acts of using or providing harmful programs, or acts that may lead to such use or provision
    9. Acts of conducting business activities or other profit-making activities, or acts for the purpose of preparing for such activities
    10. Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
  4. Operation, Suspension, and Modification of the Site

    The Site shall be operated by the Company during the hours prescribed by the Company.
    The Company may temporarily suspend or discontinue the operation of the Site without prior notice for the following reasons:

    1. Maintenance inspections and equipment upgrades of devices and systems necessary for the operation of the Site
    2. Failure or malfunction of devices or systems due to natural disasters, calamities, accidents, etc.
    3. Any other cases where the Company determines that it is necessary to suspend or discontinue the operation of the Site

    The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the temporary suspension or discontinuation of the Site.
    The Company may modify the Site by giving notice in the prescribed manner, such as by publishing information on the Site. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such modifications.

  5. Recommended Browsers

    To ensure a comfortable browsing experience on the Site, the following browsers are recommended. In creating the Site, we endeavor to prevent layout issues or missing information regardless of your environment. However, with some older browser versions, the Site may not be displayed as designed. By viewing the Site with the latest version of a browser wherever possible, you will be able to use the services provided by the Site more reliably.

  11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    Unless otherwise specifically provided, the interpretation and application of the use of the Site and of any special terms and conditions relating to such use shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
    Unless otherwise specifically provided, any and all disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance by agreement.
